Fun Film and a Novel

Both were lent to me by my sister. The film, Penelope, not only has a cute storyline but is a visual treat (think Nanny McPhee, Big Fish, etc) If your looking for a family movie that you can watch with the kids and not get bored this one's a lot of fun. Loved Penelope's wardrobe.

The Thirteenth Tale, a gothic mystery novel is the perfect book to read while curled up in your favorite chair with a hot cup of tea by your side. I still have a couple of chapters to go but it's been one of those books that I've stayed up way too late reading.

I'm not sure I'll read this book but just dropped by to say thank you for popping in on my blog.
Maybe you will pick up a bunch of roses tag as a thank you! Connie.
