Last week of July

From the veggie/herb garden. We've been enjoying using what we grow in new recipes. We have lots of squash and we've made: Squash Soup, Summer Squash Bread, Squash filled omelets, etc. Any good squash recipes out there?
Besides working in the garden, I've been doing a little painting. I'm hoping to start listing again soon, not sure if on Ebay, Etsy or both.
I'm happy to report that this little girl is doing much better. About a week and a half ago she stopped eating and was very lethargic. After x-rays, blood work, and mucho dinero; they still weren't sure what the problem was. They found a mass in her left lung and guessed that it might be pneumonia or possibly a tumor. We decided to treat it as if it were pneumonia and crossed our fingers. After a number of days on antibiotics and lots of TLC, she's been back to her old self for about four days now. She'll have a follow up appointment soon and we're hoping that the lung will show up clear.

Coldplay

What an amazing show! Great music and the evening weather was perfect for the outdoor venue.

The only decent shot of Chris despite all the photos I took.

Butterfly confetti during "Lover's in Japan"

After the show, everyone received a free CD (live album)

Mexico Mosaic

La iglesia de Nuestra Senora de Guadalupe
Downtown Puerto Vallarta

Things to remember: downtown Puerto Vallarta, trip to Sayulita and surfing lessons, canopy zip-line, sea turtle laying eggs on the beach near our hotel, evening thunderstorms, celebrating our 17th wedding anniversary, beach combing, feeding the kitten at our hotel every morning, reading poolside (my sister's keeper), beach and pool volleyball, art galleries, evening entertainment at our hotel, the food, the music, the colors and all the inspiration

I've Still Got Sand in my Shoes - Dido

Back from Puerto Vallarta but not quite able to get back into the swing of things.
